So I was in a show at the World of Wonder gallery a year or so ago, and the theme was Hollywood DC. I did a few different pieces, but one of them was Perez Hilton as the president, cleverly entitled Perezident. I know, genius… So it turns out that he bought the piece (no small egos in this room) and I thought, “Wow that’s pretty cool.” And that was that. Or so I thought!

It seems Felix Da Housecat, a very talented DJ that I’ve dug for years, has a new video album and video out called “We All Wanna Be Prince,” and in this video is a large club scene, people getting naked, drunk and sweaty(it delicious!), and in this crowd is Perez, dancing in front of my piece! So he must have grabbed it for the shoot? I dunno, but either way I’m stoked to see it in a music video! It’s on the left btw…

One of my latest designs, the maritime influenced one, made it to the unsold t-shirts of the week on I Am the Trend, an awesome blog about clothing, art, and art culture.

The good people over at Emptees have seen fit to give my work enough love to award me t-shirt of the day twice in a week!

I love these guys, and it’s a pleasure to be able to develop new designs for them.
